Organic mild full fat yogurt with vanilla bourbon (with guarantee of origin) in a large plastic cup. Does not contain any added flavors, nor gluten. After cooling down, the pasteurized milk is warmed up to an incubation temperature of about 38 – 40°C and inocculated with active L.acidophilus and B.bifidum cultures. The yoghurt then matures slowly and after an optimal maturing period, it is gently stirred and bottled either in pure form or mixed with selected fruits.
Ingredients: mild yogurt*, beet sugar*, honey*, apple juice* from apple juice concentrate*, bourbon vanilla bean extract*, thickening agent: locust bean gum*, guar gum* and pectin , vanilla powder extract*.
