Wakame (Undaria Pinnatifida) is a black-green colored seaweed, hand-picked and dehydrated at low temperatures (within 38°C). Its consistency is fleshy and crunchy, its flavor is sharp. You need to rehydrate and cook it for 5 minutes to use as a side dish, or you can also use it as an ingredient for: soups, croquettes, omelets, rice and couscous. It is traditionally used to prepare the miso soup.
