Veloudo” is produced in a simply and healthy way, tested in time by the grandmother’s traditional recipe. The organic yoghurt “Veloudo” is produced exclusively from 100% fresh Greek goat’s milk. From the moment the milk is collected, within 4-6 hours, it is pasteurized so it can preserve all of its nutrients.
The milk is pasteurized daily in special facilities. When yoghurt thickens, it is placed in special made bags, which are called “tsantila” and stays there for 24 hours, where it is drained in a traditional – natural way. So “Veloudo” comes to you with more dense and velvety texture and also a richer taste!
