The organic semolina is kneaded only with selected water and after taking their shape, the traditional pasta is slowly dried in natural conditions to preserve intact all the nutrients of the wheat, its fresh taste and the bright yellow colour of the wheat.
Another fine, traditional pasta. Pontians, Asia Minor and Kapadoks used to make petura every end of summer. Petouras are similar to noodles, but are wider, and strongly reminiscent of Italian pappardelle. They are striking in appearance and ensure gourmet dishes with the simplest of recipes.
