The farm is located in Vonitsa, in the Akarnanika Mountains. All the farm animals graze freely and are fed on wild grasses, herbs and a minimal amount of fodder grown on the farm by the owners themselves. These are perhaps the secrets of their deliciousness.
With respect to his living raw material, Nikos Prodromitis has chosen a nearby organic slaughterhouse so that the animals are not stressed and do not suffer during their journey or during slaughter, as they sleep as required by European rules.
