Organic mild full fat yogurt with mango in small plastic cup. Fruity and creamy with no added flavors. Gluten-free product. After cooling down, the pasteurized milk is warmed up to an incubation temperature of about 38 – 40 ° C and inocculated with active L.acidophilus and B.bifidum cultures. The yoghurt then matures slowly and after an optimal maturing period, it is gently stirred and bottled either in pure form or mixed with selected fruits.
