Fiordifrutta Ciliegie uses 3 different types of fruit: sweet cherries, sour cherries and wild cherries, harvested at different times. They are mostly harvested in the Rigoni di Asiago farmlands in Bulgaria, from May until July.
Flavour: a perfect balance between tart and sweet, with a woody aroma. Pairings and tips: it is perfect for breakfast on bread and biscuits, but also with mascarpone and ricotta.
Preservatives: organically grown cherry 65%, organically grown apple sugar, pectin thickener, acidifier (citric acid).
