High quality organic aromatic vinegar made with Chian mandarin and selected organic spices (cinnamon, cloves, allspice).
Additional information: The ripe grapes of the Roditis variety are vinified at low temperatures to produce a wine with a rich bouquet aroma. A white grape vinegar is then produced, intense with high acidity.
Tangerine peels and a blend of spices are then steeped in the vinegar for a few days to achieve the characteristic and complex aroma.
Tastings: Light yellow colour with roses, Chios tangerine aromas and tropical fruit. Strong sour taste with notes of cloves and spices on the finish.
