RETURN AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Defective Product

In case you receive a defective product, please let us know within 3 days * from the date of receipt of your order so that we can replace it, or refund the amount paid for the purchase of the defective product.

Shipping costs in case of defective product are borne by 4 Seasons.

* For products from the categories Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Chilled Products, Frozen Products, Meat & Poultry, Fish & Seafood please let us know within 1 day for replacement or refund.

Return / Cancel Order

You have the right to cancel your order and return the products * that you have purchased electronically or by phone within 14 days of receiving them.

Necessary condition to notify us by phone or electronically in case you wish to return your order, which should definitely contain the proof of payment.

The refund is made after we receive and check the products and in any case within 14 working days, in the same way you paid.

The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.
