SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed until 15.00 are prepared on the same day and are sent the next working day in Athens (unless communicated differently by the client) with our delivery service.
The customer can choose on the checkout the most convenient route between 10.00-18.00 and 14.00-22.00 for the order to be delivered (please write it on the Notes field). The customer will be notified by sms the day of the delivery of the exact delivery slot, around 10.30 for orders being delivered with the morning route, and around 14.30 for orders being delivered with the afternoon route.
The customer is also able to communicate with the delivery driver if needed, and watch the route on a live tracking map.
The shipping cost is 3.00€ for the first 20kg and 0.80€ for each extra kilo.

Products from the following categories: Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Chilled Products, Frozen Products, Fresh Bread & Fresh Toast Bread, Meat & Poultry, Fish & Seafood are sent only to specific areas within Attica with delivery service (check the table below). All other deliveries are being handled by Elta Courier or Courier Center.
Same Day Delivery
The same day delivery option is valid only for orders placed until 11.00 am, for the areas we serve with delivery within Athens (see table below) and has an extra charge of € 3.00. Same Day Delivery orders are being delivered with our 14.00-21.00 route.

*Products from the following categories Fresh Fruits & Vegetables, Chilled Products, Fresh Bread & Fresh Toast Bread, Fish & Seafood are also sent to Tinos, Paros, Syros, Mykonos, Santorini, Naxos and Kefalonia with transport companies. The shipping cost is € 7.00 and the shipment is made in consultation with the customer, who will have to receive the package from the ship or the agency of each island. The store is not responsible for their untimely receipt by the customer from the distribution point.
Note: During busy periods there may be small delays on deliveries. In any case the customer will be adequately notified for the estimated delivery time.

Product shipments to Cyprus
(Standard Delivery)
The cost of shipping products to Cyprus is 14 € for each order up to 2kg. For every extra kilo there is a charge of € 2.20.

Orders are shipped to European Union countries. There is the option of sending EMS (Express Mail Service) or SPM (by air). Please consult the following tables for shipping costs per package weight.
