Wild Lavender From Serifos 250gr Frygana

Frygana thyme honey is a high quality product from the honey producer Nikos Kokolakis.
It comes from the nectar of thyme blossoms that grows in Serifos in summer.

Highly aromatic, with a medium sweetness and intense flavor with spicy and resinous notes and a long-lasting aroma.

It is produced in August and has a medium crystallisation time (6-10 months after production).It can be restored to its original state by heating the jar in hot water (in and out of the jar).
