Frozen peeled soybeans (edamame). Ideal for salads, stir fries and as snacks.
Use: Boil for 3-4 minutes, drain and use in salads. Mix them with coarse salt and eat them as a snack or as an accompaniment to your drink. Alternatively, add them to your stir fries and cook for 3-4 minutes.
